You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use our services. If you use the site on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services.

Pacific JDM helps customers source, import, and receive Japanese vehicles in the United States. Services may include vehicle sourcing, purchase coordination, ocean freight, customs clearance, domestic delivery, and assistance with titling and registration paperwork.

Specific scope, pricing, and timelines are set out in your written quote, order agreement, or invoice — not on this website alone. Inventory listings, estimates, and calculators on the site are informational and may change without notice.

Quotes and estimates are non-binding until confirmed in a signed or written order agreement. Final pricing depends on vehicle availability, condition, exchange rates, shipping costs, duties, taxes, and other factors that can change after an initial quote.

You agree to pay all amounts due according to your order agreement, including deposits, progress payments, and balances before release or delivery where required. Late or missed payments may delay sourcing, shipping, or delivery and may be subject to fees stated in your agreement.

Deposits and cancellation terms vary by order. Unless your agreement says otherwise, deposits may be non-refundable once sourcing or purchase work begins on your behalf.

Used vehicles are sold as-is unless your written agreement states otherwise. We provide inspection reports, photos, and descriptions in good faith, but we do not guarantee that every defect, repair, modification, or prior accident is disclosed or visible.

Odometer readings, equipment, trim details, and cosmetic condition are based on information available at the time of sourcing. You are responsible for reviewing vehicle details before approving a purchase when applicable.

Importing a vehicle into the United States involves federal requirements (including EPA and DOT rules) and separate state rules for titling and on-road use. We help coordinate compliance steps included in your order, but you are responsible for understanding whether a vehicle can be legally registered and driven in your state.

Our import legality guides and other educational content are informational only and not legal advice. You should confirm requirements with your state DMV or a qualified advisor before placing an order.

Ocean transit times, port schedules, customs processing, and domestic transport are subject to carrier availability, weather, holidays, and government processing. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage during transit is handled according to your order agreement and applicable carrier terms. You agree to inspect vehicles promptly upon delivery and report visible transport damage according to the procedures in your agreement.

You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates law or infringes others' rights.
• Attempt to access non-public areas, scrape data at scale, or interfere with site security or performance.
• Misrepresent your identity or submit false or misleading information in forms or inquiries.
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

The Pacific JDM name, logo, website design, text, images, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any license to use our trademarks or branding except as needed to browse the site or engage our services.

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that information on the site is complete, current, or accurate in every respect.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Pacific JDM LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pacific JDM LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Before filing a formal dispute, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may also be noted on the site. Your continued use of the site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
